Pakistan; awarded OPV contract to Damen

The Pakistan Navy has ordered an Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) from the Dutch shipbuilder Damen Shipyards on June 12, stated by the Pakistan Government.

OPV will have Full Load Displacement of 1900 Tons (approx), with overall length of 90 m and maximum speed of 22 knots.

OPV will be constracted at KSEW (Karachi Shipyards & Engineering Works)
